Channel SKU Listing/Mapping is one of the most important and crucial parts of the setup.

Many times, sellers list their product on the different portals or channels or marketplaces, with a different name, or different codes than their master SKU codes, which creates chaos in managing.

For example, SKU Code - A, could be listed as A1 in one channel, A_1 in another channel and A-1 on another channel or A-1 on the same channel.

This happens due to a few reasons like human error, more visibility of the products on one channel, to avoid de-listing of products from the marketplace and etc.

eRetail Express allows users to map their channel SKU code with their master SKU code so that they can manage the inventory and order in a centralized manner.

Note: Only after the successful linking of Channel SKU with e-Retail SKU, Inventory and Order will sync with respective channels.

There are three ways a user can to do Channel SKU Mapping:

  1. Enable Auto Link Setting and then map the remaining unlinked SKU codes - When a user links their channel (like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Magento, Shopify, etc), System sync the whole catalog from the channel and auto-link with the master SKU code. But this thing only happens when Master SKU code present in eRetail is the same SKU code present in the channel.
  2. Bulk Import - Although we support catalog pull for all the major channels, but there are few channels where catalog APIs are not available, hence the user has to it manually. They can do it via Bulk Import functionality.
  3. Add New - Users can also link one by one in case there are only a few SKU codes to link.

To Link channel SKU codes, there are three fields which are required -

  • Master SKU Code or eRetail SKU code.
  • Channel SKU Code
  • Product ID: Product id is the unique identifier provided by the marketplace only.

Channel SKU Listing Screen, helps the user to link all channel SKU(s) with the e-Retail SKU.

Note: Only after the successful linking of Channel SKU with e-Retail SKU, Inventory and Order will sync with respective channels.
