There are two types of Import in Channel SKU listing:
1) Add Listing: To add list and link new channel SKU code with e-Retail SKU codes.
2) Update Listing: To update an existing listing.
1) Add Listing:
Select add listing from the drop-down. Click on the ‘Download Template’ option to open the Excel template.
The template consists of the following fields:
- Channel Code: Channel Code which provided at the time of channel creation. For Example - M01, M02,...etc.
- E-Retail SKU Code: SKU code which is already created in e-Retail or Master SKU code.
- Channel SKU Code: Channel SKU code (Vendor Code ) will be the SKU code which is mentioned on the respective channel.
- Channel Price: Price of the SKU on the channel. It's a non-mandatory field and has no effect on anything.
- Channel Product ID: Channel product id (unique ID) which is mentioned on the respective channel.
After filling all the details, the user can save the template on desktop/laptop.
To import the duly filled excel sheet, Either Drag your file and Drop in the "Drag and Drop Area" or Click anywhere on the "Drag and Drop Area" and select the file to import. The excel sheet will get downloaded automatically.
All SKUs imported successfully in the system will be visible on the same screen i.e Channel SKU Listing under Linked.
Note: If SKU codes are already Pulled from the channel, Then User can also take an export from the unlinked tab, and fill the SKU code column in the export file and upload the same to "add listing" in Bulk.
2) Update Listing: To update an existing listing.
To update the Product ID, Channel SKU Code, or E-Retail SKU code of any Particular Listing ID, user can do it through this template in Bulk.
Step 1: Navigation: Product → Channel SKU Listing → Import → Update Listing
Step 2: Select 'Update Listing' Import action type and Click on the ‘Download Template’ option to open the Excel template.
The template consists of the following fields:
- Listing ID: User can get the Listing ID through the export of all linking data.
- New eretail SKU/New ChannelSKU/New ProductID: SKU code or product id which user want to edit or update.
- Status: User can select the status Active from Drop Down Menu.
- Overwrite Product ID: If a user wants to change the Product ID then the user can mention the New Product ID and in place of Overwrite Product ID select the 'Yes' option from the Drop Down Menu.
Note: Fields marked in yellow are mandatory fields.
After filling all the details, the user can save the template on desktop/laptop.
