Follow these steps to set a custom channel:

  • On the path Channel Management -> Channel Enquiry -> Select Cart to Integrate, click on "Custom".
  • After clicking on "Custom", following screen will get open.

  • On the "Add Custom Channel" screen, add the channel name - which is anything that that makes sense to you. We recommend you call it CUSTOM for maintaining uniformity in the system and then mention "User Name".

    Hit Save Changes!


Note: Please don't turn on the order sync or inventory sync, for it does not make any sense in case of a custom channel.
