There are two CSV bulk import supported in this screen -
- AWB Import
- Transporter Pincode Preference
Let's go one by one.
AWB Import- For transporter which doesn't have any API integration with the system, User can take a list of Free AWB series from their transporter or logistic partner and upload the same in our using this import. It will help user to automatically pick the AWB number while packing an order.
To import AWB number or tracking number of a particular Transporter, Select the 'AWB Import' in the File Type and download the template.
A CSV file will get downloaded. Open the downloaded CSV file.
It consists of following fields:
- AWB No: Unused AWB or Tracking number provided by the transporter company.
- Order Type: COD/Prepaid.
- Transporter: In Transporter, put the system defined transporter code (check My App for the transporter code)
- Status: Free
User can enter all order details in this template and save the same.
To import the duly filled excel sheet, select the file location under ‘Upload Template’ option. Click on Import button.
After updating the file, you can check the status of the file by Clicking on the “Click Here” button.
Transporter Pincode Preference - While dealing with multiple logistic partners, it is difficult to select the transporter on a real-time while packing an order. User can set the preference of transporters on the basis of the Shipping Pincode, Order type.
To import the Transporter Preference, Select the 'TransporterPrefrence Import' in the File Type and download the template.
User can enter all order details in this template and save the same.
To import the duly filled excel sheet, select the file location under ‘Upload Template’ option. Click on Import button.
After updating the file, you can check the status of the file by Clicking on the “Click Here” button.
