AWB no is the air way bill number or we can say tracking number, The air way bill number is used to track shipment and show its delivery status.
You can manage your AWB numbers in eRetail express with this feature.
With this feature you can create the record of awb numbers against the seller-ship orders.
Step 1. Go to 'Other Master'→Manage AWB :
To Search AWB, Click on ' Filter ' Button and select the transporter, order type, status and From AWB no., To AWB no.
Navigation : Other Master→ Manage AWB→ Click on Filter Button :
After click on filter AWB Search page will open with some features
And click on Apply then, you’ll get the data as per your Search. By selecting the AWB no., you can delete the AWB numbers.
2. To create an AWB number, click on 'Add New' on AWB Search screen.
Navigation : Other Master→ Manage AWB→ Click on Add New Button :
AWB Search/Add New screen will get open.
Select the following fields;
- Transporter
- Order type
- Status as Free or Issued
There are two ways of creating AWB numbers.
a). Add Single AWB: If you want to add AWB number, click on Add Single AWB.
To add single AWB, Click on the check box, and click on SAVE .
b). Add AWB series: If you want to add multiple AWB numbers, set the prefix, counter and suffix, click on Add AWB series.
To Add awb series, Click on the check box, It will ask for Transporter, order Type, status will be free by default, Prefix, from, to, suffix, as mentioned in the above image.
Click on Save button to save the AWB series.
