BIN : Bin are the racks or buckets where actually inventory is being put.
By default there are Three type of BIN buckets.
- Good : Good buckets are the bucket where all good or salable products are put. Inventory/Stock which is put in this bucket will sync to the multiple channels.
- Bad : Bad buckets are the bucket where all Non salable products are put like damage or defective items which were return from the customer or found not salable. Inventory/Stock which is put in this bucket will not sync to the any channels.
- In Process: In process buckets are the bucket where stock has been move after it being picked or packed, till the item doesn't marked shipped.
User can create create and manage multiple BIN(s) in each Bucket other than default code provided by the system.

Bin Master Screen reflects the following fields :
(1) Bin Code: It consists of the BIN code.
(2) Bin Flag: There are two flags manage in e-Retail Express – Hold or None. In Hold Bin Inventory will not push to the marketplace.
(3) Bin Bucket: There are three Bin buckets manage in e-Retail Express – Good, Bad and In process.
(4) Status: Status of the BIN – Active or Inactive.
(5) Bin Quantity: Total Quantity available in the BIN.
Follow the following steps to create a BIN Code:
1. Click on ‘Add New’ button and it will open a pop up.
Fields shown in the above pop up are as follows –
1. Bin code: Enter the BIN Code.
2. BIN Flag: Select the BIN flag from the drop down.
3. BIN Bucket: Select the BIN bucket from the drop down.
4. Is active: Select the Status from the drop down.
5. Default Bin for Inbound: Select this option if it is a default bin for Inbound.
6. Default Bin for Return: Select this option if it is a default bin for Return.
Once details are filled, click on save button to create a BIN.

4. Click on 'Export' button to export the list of bin's.
After clicking on that excel sheet will get open.
