Navigation -> Product -> Inventory -> By SKU



Inventory by SKU screen will display the inventory of each Product/SKU codes in terms of Total Qty, Available Qty, Virtual Qty, Committed Qty and Back Order Qty.



  • Total Qty- Total qty is the sum of Available Qty + Committed QTY.
  • Available Qty- Available qty is the free stock which is available to sell.
  • Committed Qty- Committed qty is the stock which is blocked against an order.
  • Virtual Qty- Virtual or Vendor Stock which is not physically available, but can be procured from the vendor when the order got placed from the customer. 
  • Back Order Qty- Myntra and Jabong JIT orders, which are placed in the marketplace but PO has not been raised to the seller.


Apart from the inventory of each SKU codes, A user can also do the following action.


Add or Edit the stock


 

See the Adjustment History of the stock by Date and User (who made the adjustment)



 See the Inventory Sync Log Status of each channel.



To adjust the Inventory through the screen for a particular SKU Code.


In order to make any stock adjustment, Click on the above symbol

A pop-up opens up as per below image.



Enter the new quantity, reason and click on 'Save' to finalize the quantity change. The updated inventory count will be visible in the available quantity field.




 : To Check the Adjustment History.


User can check the Adjustment history of a particular SKU by click on this button. It has fields like Bin, Reason, From Qty, To Qty and Date and user.




   :  To check the Inventory Sync History with Respective Marketplace



To check the logs of the particular SKU, whether the inventory sync is working for that or not.
