The orders coming offline (at the store front) or coming from a channel not integrated with Vin eRetail Express must be created manually.
Follow simple steps to create an order in the system:
Navigation: Sales Orders>Orders :
Order Enquiry page will get open:
Click on Add New Button, following screen will get open:
Add details to create an order.
Select the channel and mention all the details of an order and add the SKU and then save the order and then click on confirm.
You can check the new order created on the Orders Enquiry page by filtering according to the order number, channel or even its Order type.
