Failed orders are orders fetched from a channel whose SKU's are either not created or not mapped with the channel sku code at eRetail express, 

You can check your failed orders, on Dashboard click on Failed orders.


Failed order enquiry page will get open, select  the SKU code from the REASON and follow the steps given below:


1. If the SKU code that is in failed orders is your master SKU code then add the SKU code in the master SKU codes.

2. If the SKU code is not mapped then map the SKU code.

Then map your SKU codes mentioned in the above URL.


After mapping your SKU codes, Click on the Re-Transmit button on the failed order enquiry screen.



You'll be able to see the order on Order processing screen on the Pending Pack tab.
