A Custom channel can be created to manage offline/Store orders. This channel does not require order or inventory sync. If you have an offline store and want to create orders manually or bulk import those via CSV files, then you select your sales channel as "CUSTOM".
(Note : Orders do not come into the system automatically via any channel and no inventory is updated to Custom channel. User have to import orders manually for Custom Channel via “Bulk import Order Template”)
