This functionality is useful for those clients who have multiple registered company names and managing the order processing and inventory from a single login id of Vin eRetail Express.
We create a Bill to party for the following reasons:
- Associate billing parties with Marketplaces, so that we can sell with different seller names.
- To maintain different invoice series at different market places.
A billing party can be defined at Eretail Express :
Navigation: Settings> Company Details>Bill to party
After that Bill to party page will get open.
Define the billing party with simple configurations, just as explained below the image.
Click on add new button:
The below given Pop-up will be open:
Fill all the fields as described below:
Bill Party Name: Name to identify a billing party. It's just an identifer. This field allows any alphanumeric Value.
Address: Mention the address which you want to reflect on invoices.
Rest of the fields have obvious meanings and can be easily understood with the definitions on the page.
Mention the remaining fiels city, country, state, Phone no. ,Email ,zip, TIN No. and then click on save.
To check the Bill to Party, whether it is created or not, follow the path:
App Store > My App >Advance settings of any channel
