Step1. Go to Sales Orders--> Orders.

The below screen opens up where the user can enquire about all the orders.



Search filters for an Order


There are various filters which we can use to search for orders.


  • Order Date: There are various options available in Order date. User can select Today, Last 7 days, Specific date, Date Range etc. Order enquiry screen would show all orders for that specific time period.


  • Order Status:  Order status options available are -In process, Pending, Cancelled and Completed.

  • Web Orderno:  Enter the Order No. in Web Orderno column and click on apply button ,it will directly lead to that specific order.  

  • Channel:  To check all orders for a specific channel, select Channel from the given list. It will display all the orders for that specific channel.


View Order details


  • Clicking on any order from the Order Enquiry data grid would take the user to a new screen showing order details like customer details, Address, Ship By Date, Order Amount, etc.

Navigation: Sales Orders> Orders>Click on "Add New" Button:

Mention the required details and click on the Save button.
