Orders are broadly divided into 5 stages in e-Retail Express.

  • Pending Orders: Orders which are either not confirmed or inventory of that particular order is not available in the system to process it.
  • In process Orders: Orders which are new (whose inventory is blocked), Invoiced & Packed, and ready to ship.
  • Cancelled Orders: Orders which are cancelled by customer or seller.
  • Complete Orders: Orders which are marked Shipped.
  • Return Orders: Order which are return after being shipped or return by customer.

In e-Retail Express, Orders can be managed under Order Management.

Order Management consist of Four Screens:

1) Order Enquiry: To enquiry all orders with the status of Pending, In Process, Complete and Cancelled.

2) Order Processing: To process all new orders from creating an invoice till creating a shipment.

3) Order Return: To Manage and create return orders.

4) Download Manifest: To fetch manifest from respective marketplace.
